Professor Michael Moore is Professor of Primary Health Care Research at the University of Southampton. He has more than 25 years' experience as a partner in a Salisbury practice, undertaking infection related research since 1993.
His research interests include the optimal management of acute minor illness with a focus on antibiotic sparing strategies. He was the RCGP Antimicrobial Stewardship and TARGET antibiotics Clinical Champion 2012-15.
The webinar was led by Professor Cliodna McNulty. Professor Michael Moore and Dr Stephen Granier, a practicing GP in Bristol and the current RCGP TARGET antibiotics clinical champion, took questions during this session.
